About Adrian

Adrian was born, raised and schooled on the East coast. Now, she’s lucky enough to live in the John Hughes, midwest movie mecca of the Chicago suburbs.

Before becoming a Creative Strategist, Adrian was a preschool teacher. After preparing over 100 Gen Z’s for all the firsts and magic of Kindergarten, she acquired a truly unique foundation for really understanding human behavior, problem solving, storytelling and creativity. These skills have served her well in the world of strategy and branding, giving her the ability to get everyone to “play well together in the brand sandbox.” But Adrian’s ability to provide clarity and rigor to workshop creative solutions is the foundation for her success in – recruiting, growing planning teams, unifying and collaborating with agency partners, driving communication to solve people problems, and helping clients turn aspirations into action.

Her career has been filled with a blend of global agencies and a broad range of iconic and challenger brands. Typically, her clients have had big dreams with small spends, which has required her to adopt a scrappy approach to break-through work. She has applied disruptive thinking for brands like McDonald’s, Anheuser Busch, Mini Cooper, IKEA, Silk Whitewave, Art of Green and the National Domestic Violence Hotline.

Though Adrian has a tremendous range of industry experiences, Adrian is a self-proclaimed food geek (and Ina Garten Fan Girl) and has brought that passion for food and culture to many clients. In the spirit of food and drink, she enjoys binge watching the latest streaming shows and has an uncanny ability for ordering food and providing restaurant recommendations for any occasion.
